PRODUCT RETURN POLICY


In the event of an error on our part, we will refund the full amount of the order value and shipping costs.

  • In the event that there is no mistake on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is returned and the shipping costs (both for the original order and for the return) are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • Returns are accepted by arrangement only if the products are unused and in their original condition.
  • If the product is used or the original packaging is changed, the return is not accepted.
  • Refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company.
  • To get your money back, you must tell us the account you want the deposit to be made into. Proof of return is required for returns.
  • In the event that the return is not made within the period of (7) seven calendar days from the day of receipt or some return conditions are not met, mypisti.com has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.

Product Return Procedure


Product sending


If you have previously called ancientturns.com's returns department, pack and ship the package with the product with our company's partner courier company. Inside the package you will have placed a note in which you will inform us about the problem that has arisen with the returned product if of course the product meets the return conditions. In case the parcel arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the customer at their own expense.


Order cancellations


You can cancel your order if you wish, free of charge, provided that the products have NOT been dispatched from our store and within 8 business hours (business hours of the physical store are considered to be open).

Ancienturns.com reserves the right to remove or modify its return policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated returns or in case Ancienturns.com, in its sole discretion, considers that the customer is abusing the right of return or acting in bad faith, reserves the right to refuse the return of the product even if the above conditions are met and conditions.
